Pregnancy Update: Week 30

Photo taken by my super rad sister in-law Claire

This is about how far along I was when I ended up in the hospital with Clark thanks to preterm labor. I'm feeling about the same as I did then contraction wise, but since I carried Clark to term we aren't worried about this baby coming too early. I'm just trying to take it easy and avoid activities that cause contractions. I haven't been checked for progress, but I don't want to be. In fact we can go this whole pregnancy, labor and birth without that happening and I'll be completely okay with that. :)

This pregnancy has been so different than the other two, and not in a good way. I just keep hoping that if every pregnancy is supposed to be so different then someday I'll have a flawless one where I'm not sick or contracting or in pain at all, where I feel amazing and want to jog miles every day... right?.....riiiighht??

I'm carrying so different than I did with the other two, much lower.

I'm still craving Durango's salads (and it's been weeks since I've had one). I'm also craving avocados/guacamole and peanut butter cookies (not together, yuck!). I still get fairly sick, and have plenty of food aversions because of it, but I don't crave anything crazy or weird.

If the heartburn rumor is true then this is going to be one hairy baby!

I'm lucky to have Tom around to help so much. He's been doing 95% of the housework, and helps so much with the kids. I'm very blessed to have a husband who's so understanding and who is willing to help so much, and who can put up with my crazy emotions... and still love me at the end of the day.

10 weeks left, give or take. Not that I'm counting or anything.

Super cute picture Juli! You look so pretty. Thanks for posting for those that don't get to see you. Pregnancy is an amazing thing! It is always so crazy that we can have babies. I am so sorry that yours are so hard on you! I too hope that your next one is so simple and easy going. 10 weeks left - wahoo!

You mean you don't want some random nurse with long fingernails checking you? Seriously?! :)

7 weeks. That's when this hairy, lazy, claustrophobic monster is coming out of you, k? :) hehe. I love you and the baby, I just know that we both want this to be over with :)

I love that picture of you, and all the ones that Claire took. You are such a sexy, cute, adorable pregnant woman. Love you!

You are soooo cute pregnant :) it looks good on you my friend! I hope things start going a little easier for you! I'm finding out that pregnancy isn't as fun as it's cracked up to be and I'm not even having a hard time. Here, I'll rub off on you a little maybe that will help {rub} lol I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and your little sasquatch! (or girl with long locks) I've heard that every pregnancy is different too so I'm sure everything is just great.

Now that you aren't on facebook anymore I'll go to write something on your wall and be like, oh yeah, she's not on fb anymore :( Then I get sad because your blog is the only thing I have to contact you and it makes me feel like a bad friend. Anywayssssssss, mine's jradandjess@gmail.com, puhlease send me yours :) K thanks.

I think that you need to post the rest of the pregnancy pictures!!! I love this one but I want to see more! As for the Durango's salad...I think we might have to have one for one of our next girl's nights! I can't wait to see your cute baby and get some snuggles from him/her.

i cant believe your 30 weeks already! you look DARLING pregnant :) Pregnancy was a big shock for me on how hard it was. I hated when people said they got over morning sickness so early when i had it the whole time. I hope you feel better and that this 10 +- weeks goes by fast!!! at least you know you get beautiful babies out of it.
