Merry Christmas!

Our Christmas this year was a lot of fun. We stayed busy bouncing back and forth between Tom's family and mine, and feel like we got a lot of quality time with everyone. Our kids were so excited about everything! My favorite part of the entire day had to be when Arvilla opened up a present from Clark (some hair flowers and lip gloss) she was so genuinely thankful she told him it was her favorite present ever and gave him a ton of hugs and kisses, then 30 minutes later expressed to Clark again how it was the best present she ever "gots".

This is what Santa brought for the kids...

Tom actually built it all, and in the process discovered his love of woodworking. He did such an amazing job, and the kids have been loving it! I made the curtain that is under the sink... so I get some credit. :) I also made a hot pad, a dish towel, and some wash cloths that match.

This is pretty much all we have as far as pictures go that day. We were too busy and excited to take more.

Here is a little video of the kids Christmas morning coming out to the living room to discover what Santa Claus brought.

Hehehe... Arvilla's reaction to the kitchen kills me :) I'm glad they liked it so much and that it turned out so well, especially your handiwork with the curtain and dish stuff :)

How cute! Good work you two :) I am sure they will play with those all the time. Little kids love pretend cooking (at least mine do). Such a great idea.
